$4 Cocktails with BGG + DrinksLA

Let's be honest. There are only so many weeknights you can spend tagging along with some friend or another to Soho House, trying to get enough pleasure out of the one (admittedly amazing) Moscow Mule you can afford given that parking alone costs you your second drink. Next Wednesday, July 13, we've decided to provide you with an alternative at nearby Olive on Sunset. From 7-10 p.m., we'll be co-hosting a $4 drink event (read: PARTY) alongside DrinksLA, HER energy drink, and VuQo vodka. 

We know what you're thinking: energy drinks generally taste like old batteries...or something. This one, however, tastes like refreshing, not-too-sweet pink lemonade and mixes deliciously with alcohol. In fact, we've already consumed an entire case. In a week. Which sounds worse than it is given HER is actually packed with antioxidants, ginseng, and calcium. As for VuQo, it's a coconut-y vodka out of the Philippines that should provide you with a viable alternative to Grey Goose (c'mon, you're so 2008 with that order!).  

In any case, stop by to sample one or both for $4 a cocktail and get a lot more liquored up than your friends up the street at Soho can afford to be (and without fear of incriminating photo booth evidence to boot).  Since $4 drinks tend to go down with a certain amount of ease, we should mention that Olive has some seriously devourable pizzas worthy of a split with your fellow Broke Girls should the desire, or need, arise.
