Giuliana Rancic’s Budget Beauty Tips + Our 5 Fav BCA Beauty Products

Giuliana Rancic always looks stunning, so we decided to ask her for tips on how she gets her glow.  After our interview, Giuliana announced to the public that she has been diagnosed with breast cancer.  We wish her a speedy recovery, and in the meantime we've added 5 of our favorite beauty products to benefit breast cancer research below this interview. BGG: What are your favorite at-home beauty tips for skin and hair?

Giuliana Rancic:  I notice that I always pump too much eye cream out before I apply.  I don’t want to waste it, so I put it on my cuticles.  It’s like a two-for-one! Also, sometimes when I have a breakout I put a drop of Visine on the trouble spot and it helps take the red out.

BGG: Are there any tips your mother or grandmother passed down to you that you still cherish?

GR: My mom, Mama DePandi as some of you may call her, has gorgeous skin, and one tip she has engrained in me is to always remember to moisturize.  I’m constantly applying hand cream throughout the day and I always moisturize my face at night.  There are tons of great hand creams in the drugstores so you don’t have to spend a fortune. 

BGG: What do you suggest as an easy, at-home way for a girl to feel pampered?

GR: Sleep! It is so important to get a good night’s rest.  Even the best treatments in the world don’t make a difference if you are too exhausted to enjoy them.  If you are good to go in the sleeping department, ask your hubby or boyfriend for an at-home back massage!  Make a deal to massage each other.  Bill and I will do 10  minutes each and the person giving the massage gets to choose what to watch on TV (nothing like getting a massage to the sweet sounds of NFL football!).

BGG: Are there any drugstore products you love as much as the fancy stuff?

GR: I love Ardell false lashes!  I wear them everyday on the set of E! News.  I love the Wispies style for added drama. And the best part? You can find them at any drug store for only a couple of bucks! 

BGG: What beauty essentials do you keep in your purse?

GR: I keep a small makeup bag with all my essentials.  I love MAC products: eyeliner in “Smolder” and lipliner in “Summerfruit”.  I also carry my LORAC bronzer with me for a quick touch up on the go.  I have a small travel-size brush from the drug store in there to get rid of tangles quickly.  Finally, I always carry a pack of gum with me for fresh breath.
