Best of the Broke: October

We can’t believe it’s already almost November. At this rate, before you know it, we’ll all be...dead. Kidding. Kinda. In any case, we saved you a ton of money this month, money you will now feel obligated to spend on holiday gifts, holiday dresses, holiday parties, and -- if you’re lucky -- actual holidays.  We’ll help you with all of that in coming weeks, but first, let’s take a look back at October:

We also interviewed all kinds of celebs -- Maria Menounos gave us her budget beauty secrets, Christian Siriano reminisced on his days as a broke guy, and artist Parvez Taj (a celebrity to us -- swoon!) gave us an insider look at his studio and what it takes to create art. 

Speaking of celebs, our BGG Stylist showed us how to rock fall’s kimono trend like Nicole Richie, without needing the starlet’s salary. Meanwhile, Kristen from Glitter ‘N Glue showed us how to mimic McQueen with a little DIY for Halloween. 

Being that you are all clearly starf*ckers, we thought you might like our ‘Classic Hollywood Day Out’ itinerary. We were right -- you loved it. 

However, we didn’t just help you stalk celebs this month. We also gave you a list of the top 5 bars in town for watching men or, er, sports.  And speaking of manly things, this month we showed our Hello Giggles audience how to throw a beer-tasting party.
