OK, so maybe you got a little swept in by those ads for Justin Bieber’s new fragrance Girlfriend, but have you seen how this kid actually treats his loved ones? It just goes to show you how little you really know someone—fake popcorn fight and drives down remote, imaginary roads together notwithstanding.

Since our sense of trust is now officially shattered (are we taking this too far?), we’re using a little self-reliance, as per usual, to make this holiday weekend especially fun—and to fortify us through the following week with our families.
